The Difference Between Gluten And Sugar

"Excellence and perfection?"

Cervix Opening Is A Line

March 17, 2011 - Feast of the Unification of Italy

Buona lettura e VIVA L'ITALIA!

But who was Goffredo Mameli ...?
(taken from it.wikipedia.org) Gotifredo Mameli Mannelli, also known as Goffredo Mameli ( Genoa , September 5 1827 - Rome, July 6 1849) was a poet , patriot and writer Italian . Listed as one of the most famous figures of the Italian Risorgimento , died following a wound infection that he acquired during the second defense of the Roman Republic . He wrote the words of the Italian national anthem . Goffredo Mameli, educated in the Pious Schools of Genova, a professor in the College of Carcare in the province of Savona, was the author, at age 20, the words of the Song of the Italians ( 1847), better known as Anthem Mameli and adopted as the national anthem of the Italian Republic, music by Michele Novaro .

A unique interpretation of the National Anthem was performed by our great actor Roberto Benigni at the last Festival San Remo, where the Tuscan artist has given all of us, especially those who have long criticized this event a great lesson in history. Here is the link of its interpretation: NATIONAL ANTHEM

The text of the National Anthem ( www.quirinale.it)

Mameli's culture is classic and strong is the call to Romania. It is of Scipio Africanus, the victor of Zama, helmet wearing Italy ready for war

La bandiera italiana

A flag and a hope (hope ) common in Italy, in 1848 still divided into seven states

La battaglia di Legnano

In this stanza, Mameli traces seven centuries of struggle against foreign domination. First, the Battle of Legnano, 1176, in which the Lombard League defeated Frederick Barbarossa. Then, the ultimate defense of the Republic of Florence, which was besieged by the imperial army of Charles V in 1530, whose symbol was the captain Francesco Ferrucci. On 2 August, ten days before the capitulation of the city, he defeated the enemy troops in Gavinana; wounded and captured, is finished by Maramaldo Fabrizio, an Italian with foreign money, which directs the words of infamy have become famous, "You kill a dead man

I Vespri sicilani

Each ring means" every bell. " On the evening of March 30, 1282, all the bells called the people of Palermo insurrection against the French of Charles of Anjou, the Sicilian Vespers.

Brothers of Italy Italy has awakened,
, With Scipio
She has bound her head. Where is the Victory
?
Let her bow down,
slave of Rome
God has made. Let us join

L'Italia chiamò.

Noi siamo da secoli
Calpesti, derisi,
Perché non siam popolo,
Perché siam divisi.
Raccolgaci un'unica
Bandiera , una speme:
Di fonderci insieme
Già l'ora suonò.
Stringiamci a coorte
Siam pronti alla morte
L'Italia chiamò.

Uniamoci, amiamoci,
l'Unione, e l'amore

Le vie del Signore;
Giuriamo far libero

Uniti per Dio
Chi vincer ci può?
Stringiamci a coorte

From the Alps to Sicily
Wherever Legnano,
of Ferruccio
Every man has the heart, has a hand
The children of Italy Are all called

The sound of 'Every trumpet

in cohort
Ready to die
called Italy.

Son that drunk

Already 'Aquila d'Austria
Has lost his plumes.
The blood of Italy,
the Polish blood
drank, along with the Cossack,
But it burned her heart. Let us join
a coorte

After five days of fighting, 10 December 1746, the city is finally free from the Austrian troops that had occupied for several months and harassed

Stemma asburgico

Austria was in decline (the swords sold are the mercenaries, as weak reeds) and the Mameli strongly emphasized: this stanza, in fact, was originally censored by the government of Piedmont. Together with Russia (the Cossack ), Austria had cruelly dismembered Poland. But the blood of the two peoples oppressed becomes poison, who slays the heart of the black eagle of the Habsburgs.

Overcoming Obstacles

taken from " newsletter of Life Coach Lab.

Overcoming Obstacles changing perspective
Se fosse uscito il sassolino nero, sarebbe diventata his wife and his father's debt would be forgiven. If the girl had instead extracted the white one, would stay with his father and even then the debt would be reinstated. But if she refused to extraction, his father would be thrown in jail and she would die of starvation.
The merchant, though reluctantly, ended up agreeing. At that time they were on a gravel path in the garden of the merchant and the moneylender bent over to pick up two pebbles. While he chose them, the eyes of the girl, made more acute by the terror, they noticed that he took two pebbles in the bag and put blacks. Then he invited the girl to take out usurious the stone that was to decide his fate and that of his father ...

I Imagine to be in that driveway, facing the choice of pebble, what can we do? What might advise this girl?
Probably most of us could refuse to remove the stone face of injustice or protest and try to expose the hoax, or even be forced to remove a pebble from the bag, sacrificing himself for his father.
In this way, but we could not overcome the obstacle if the girl fails to draw the pebble in her father would prigione, nel caso contrario dovrebbe sposare l’usuraio.

Naturalmente, poiché quello rimasto era nero, si dovette presumere che ella avesse estratto il sassolino bianco, dato that the moneylender dared not admit his dishonesty. In this way, the girl managed to resolve itself very advantageously to a situation that seemed hopeless. The girl, in fact, survived in a much more brilliant than they would have succeeded if the money lender had been honest and had put a pebble in the bag a black and white, because in that case would have had only fifty percent odds in his favor. The trick I came up with the security offered instead to stay with his father and gain the forgiveness of debt.

But how can we change the perspective of dealing with a problem? Some tips:
1. CREATING ALTERNATIVE Instead of selecting existing ones: let us remember that there are many roads, many alternatives to be considered and above all to be built: not always rely on what appears to be the best solution is an effective move. Seek different points of view from which to observe the situation and create new ones may open the way to unexpected solutions.

2. Do not be afraid of mistakes: the wrong path if we grant this helps to reach the right solution, there are times when you must fail to realize that the idea was right beside us.

3. LEAVE MODELS, CATEGORIES, LABELS: exploring the context, the possibility even more remote, less obvious, helps us to decode our preconceptions, to free ourselves from certain shots where to look for solutions. Crossing this boundary will open a new crossroads of routes to go!

4. PRACTICAL TOOLS TO USE: use simple tools such as compass, as the PMI (E. De Bono), and every time we have a problem can be divided into three parts a sheet, listing the more, the less and interesting (positive points, negative and interesting ) and figure out which way to tip the balance ... It sounds simple, but usually happen to search for reasons to support their choice, and not to analyze the situation and then decide take that road ...

5. Increase the possibilities of solution instead will settle for a POOR SOLUTION: At the end you must make a decision, right or wrong ... remember the fable of the donkey? A donkey that had both hunger thirst had to choose between a bucket of water and hay. But after days of indecision, the donkey died, unable to decide. If we are faced with two equally valid alternatives, let us focus on the negatives or weaknesses of each option, experiment, and finally making a decision. How could we have both water and hay?

" The paradox of our historical era is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider roads but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but less flavor. We have bigger houses but smaller families, more conveniences, but less time, and we have more degrees and a little common sense. We have more knowledge but less policy, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine but less wellness. We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive recklessly, we get angry too, we stay up late, we wake up too tired, read too little, watch TV and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values.
talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often. We have learned to live a life, not a life, we've added years to life not life to years. We reached the moon and we're back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner. We have made things more striking, but not better things. We have clean air, but polluted the soul. We have won the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but completed less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less. "

happiness? "Yes we can

"obtain, maintain and recover happiness is in fact the secret of motivation uomini di tutti i tempi, in tutto ciò che fanno.»

W ILLIAM J AMES

tolerant, more fulfilled, healthier and more vital. Some studies even Steng so-happy people who live between four and eleven years more. Happiness not only makes us feel better, but it makes us live better and longer. Conversely, when we are unhappy we are more irritable, less flexible, and we tend to create more prob-lems to ourselves and to others. The pursuit of happiness is five-for, as some might think, a selfish act. Quite the contrary. It is a gift for ourselves and the world. A gift-under each one of us deserves to birthright.

Nevertheless, psychology has always had a tendency to focus more on negative emotions. Since 1887 have been written 14,889 articles on rabies, 93,371 on anxiety, depression 120,897. For every 17 articles on these topics, only one explored the positive emotions. were in fact written treatises on the joy only 1789, 6255 and 5764 on the sense of satisfaction on happiness.
